Day 26 Pics

Hi,

Today I did another double session of "circuit style" weight training and cardio consisting of HIIT treadmill and 10 laps of a 25m pool. For some reason swimming feels really good after after a hard session on the treadmill. I highly recommend incorporating swimming into your cardio routine, much easier if your gym has a pool to begin with of course.
