Day 23 Pics

G'day,

Today was another 2-part workout day on "Phase II". This morning I did my "Ripping" Workout #2, which is a circuit style weight training workout with a twist. I have only 30 seconds rest between each set while also alternating between upper and lower body exercises in an A1/A2 type split.

This evening I went to my local gym here in Osaka to do the other half which was my HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) 20 minute cardio workout on the treadmill. I followed this up my "Triple Series" abdominal workout, done in 15 minutes.
