Day 17 Pics
G'day,
Got in a good session today of legs. Maxed out at 160 kg's with squats followed by 45 kg's max. on leg curls for hamstrings. Also did a quick HIIT cardio session on the treadmill topping out at 14.5 km/h for one minute. Will be increasing to 15 km/h in the next few days.
