Day 3 Pics

G'day,

Well I'm onto day 3 now. I trained legs today consisiting of squats for quads with a superset of leg press, leg curls for hamstrings with a superset of lunges (killer) and calves on the leg press. The good news is that I excedded my rep goal for squats, I will be looking forward to upping the weight to the next increment (160kg max.) at my next leg workout next Monday.

I followed my nutrition plan perfectly, heaps of thermo carbs like lettuce, tomatos and fruit. Protein consisted of tuna and egg whites. Below are my my day 3 pics taken September 27/2006.
