Day 22 Pics

G'day,

Well, today is Day 22 of my 12 week physique challenge. The first 3 weeks of Phase I of my program is now complete. Phase I was basically getting my body back up to speed and preparing myself for the Phase II onslaught.

While Phase I was focused primarily on cardio capacity with HIIT intensive training and supersetting weight training exercises, Phase II kicks me into a new gear with my new increased cardio capacity. This is the "Ripping Phase", designed to "cut me up."

Phase II consists of daily HIIT cardio training and "circuit style" weight training with only 30 second rest periods between each set, 4 days a week. Today I completed Day 1 of Phase II. I was totally hammered after my "Ripping Workout I" but the rush feels great when you have finished when you are covered in sweat. In the evening I also did my 20 minute HIIT workout on the treadmill.
