Day 19 Pics
G'day,
Today I did "legs" again. I nailed squats at at a max. of 160 kg's. I'm actually starting to see some definition in my quads and calves now. What I really have to do is keep up my HIIT cardio to drill down my gut.
My past experience tells me it will take quite a lot of cardio to achieve the coveted "six-pack" from this stage of the game, but I also know the early weeks of a program lay the platform for the "ripping phase" in the last 3 weeks.
Anyway, here are my Day 19 pics for October 13, 2006.
