Day 2 Pics
Hi there sportsfans,
I'm putting up photos of Day 2. I'll be doing this every day to keep myself accountable. This process should also make a nice collage once I have completed the full 84 day course.
Today I followed my nutrition plan perfectly, 5 meals of thermo carbs and protein correct for my endomorphic body type at my current body fat/total weight ratio. I'll be going into this more in future blogs. I also did 20 minutes of interval training designed to create a much needed caloric deficit.
