Day 4 Pics
G'Day,
Onto Day 4 of my 12 week physique transformation (?). I had to do my cardio training in the afternoon today due to a heavy workload. I completed the 20 min high intensity interval training (HIIT) on the treadmill. I was sweating profusely after 5 mins which is always a good sign that I'm staying true to my HIIT philosophy, which is basically "GO HARD, GO FAST and GO HOME."
On a side note I had a blue (argument) with a friend of mine today. I called him out on something he was sprouting. I felt bad afterwards that we came to 'blows', I was actually tempted to ditch my HIIT today because of it. However, I decided to not let it get to me, because I know being so early in this 12 week challenge one hitch could have a guilt-ridden snowball effect. See my very first post "Mission Possible II" on how this happened to me first time around. I swear to myself I won't let it happen again, so far so good.
Anyway, here are my Day 4 pics. I originally thought I wouldn't be able to stick to this daily picture routine, but I have it done down to a fine art now. I have my tripod set up in a permanent position so it is easy to snap the pictures. Then it is just a matter of uploading to my computer, cropping them and dealing with Google's funky blogger code! Here goes!

See you tomorrow,
Peace, AJ
